The facts as posted on IHub are seldom facts at all. Bashers interpret the facts, then pass their interpretations off as facts, when they are just speculation. Half my posts get removed on IHub by the basher mods and if I request review, half of those get reinstated by admins, but far too late to matter. If I don't look at removed posts daily, then after 24 hours, they are too old to bother with, after 48, admins won't bother with them either.
IHubs rules create the disservice to the stock, not the absence of posters. Posting over there just increases the credibility of the bashers. Any newbie showing up there gets a very distorted message of the company and its mgmt. Everyone knows that bashers and/or shorts want the PPS to go down, so will slant their posts negative. Likewise, everyone knows that longs want the PPS to go up and will slant their posts positive. If an investor knows who is who, they can properly discount the views of both sides. Plus, if the investor knows who is and who is not trustworthy, they can discount those posts even more. Trouble is, a newbie knows no-one. On other boards, newbies can read posts that discredit posters because they are always wrong, for example. They can ask if a poster is long or short and thus know their inclinations. But not on IHub. Why not? TOS! Why do you suppose IHub is the ONLY board out there that disallows conversations about posters and allows libel (most boards fail to police this) with no evidence or proof whatsoever against the company and its mgmt? Being the ONLY board like that is pretty telling. The only true disservice is longs posting there when it is infected with bashers, some likely paid by MMs (or offshore hedge funds backing MMs) to bring American companies down by selling coounterfeit shares that are never covered (NSS). Who else, other than emotional screwballs that get their rocks off on watching others lose their money, would post all day, every day on a message board with NO stake in the game? Well, unless their stake is getting paid to be there.
I agree the stock has been horrible and I agree BW is responsible. And I agree that both positive and negative comments should be welcome on a message board if kept within a reasonable balance and not libelous and not personal attacks on others (all others).
I do not agree that comments like "your boss" or other innuendos have a place here. They are the cause of raising the dander of others. Be courteous. And expecting others to do your DD is foolish, so trying to see how many folks you can get mad at BW, so they'll call "his cell" is just inflammatory and unproductive. Honestly, if I had his cell and called him, I wouldn't report the results here, if for no other reason, to insure that techniques of inflaming people to action don't work.
We are on a trip here, destination - to make money. Why on God's green earth, must the the journey be wraith with discourtesy?
