Is anyone here concerned that DUTV has forecasted

Is anyone here concerned that DUTV has forecasted news, Big Telecom company partenerships, revenue figures and tangible accounting of minutes yet failed to produce any of these within the times they've stated they would? This fact alone makes DUTV's integrity suspect. This is especially true since they stated that any gag that may have been restraining them from speaking was gone back in September.
I am also nonplussed by the fact that, while they are no longer gagged AND they continue to give no information to shareholders, they choose to take time respond to forum post by disgruntled folks instead of using that energy and investor relation avenue (Twitter) to let shareholders know EXACTLY where they are in making ANY progress with ANYTHING they've told shareholders previously.
Now shareholders have a new timeline, deadline date - the end of quarter, November 30, 2013. DUTV, once again is hinting that this is when investors will get the UPDATES they've been waiting for.
Aside from anecdotal evidence, we are all left hoping that DUTV is more than meets the eye. I for one was hoping we would have at least SOME tangible evidence by this point in the year to help assure shareholders of the veracity of DUTV's contentions. Unfortunately we are in very much the same place we were earlier this year.
I gladly welcome any and all replys to this observation. Here's hoping we haven't been lead astray on this one.
