StemCells, Inc. Announces Webcast to Discuss Third

NEWARK, Calif., Oct. 31, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StemCells, Inc. (Nasdaq: STEM ), a leading stem cell company developing and commercializing novel cell-based therapeutics and tools for use in stem cell-based research and drug discovery, announced today that it will release financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013 after the market close on Tuesday, November 5. In connection with this announcement, StemCells will host a conference call and webcast to discuss its results and an update on its business at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time) the same day.
