If all the BCAP components are successfully acquired / set-up, operational and revenue generating there's no reason to assume $0.02-5 couldn't be a possibility.
If the market were rational right now BCAP should trade at least according to its gross assets: $0.0004/5 range. That assumes no anticipation of the items to be reported in September.
The company has now gone 10 months without dilution and the PR's concerning R/S and A/S indicate that will be extended for another two years. Unheard of in penny land that a company will commit to no dilution for two years.
