Nordea Investment Fund Company ownership below 5% - a notification under Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Securities Market Act

Uponor Corporation has today received a notification referred to in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Nordea Investment Fund Company Ltd, a Finnish subsidiary with a business id 1737785-9, stating that the company’s ownership and share of votes in Uponor Corporation (ISIN code FI0009002158) has fallen back to below 5 per cent.

As a result of share purchases on 30 October 2013, the total holding and voting power of Nordea Investment Fund Company Ltd dropped from 3,661,352 shares to 3,653,115 shares, representing an ownership of 4.999%. Uponor Corporation’s total number of shares amounts to 73,206,944 shares.
