LEMMINKÄINEN’S FINANCIAL INFORMATION 2014
Lemminkäinen Corporation will publish its financial statements bulletin and three interim reports in 2014 as follows:
7 February 2014 - financial statements bulletin for 2013
30 April 2014 - interim report for January-March 2014
30 July 2014 - interim report for January-June 2014
29 October 2014 - interim report for January-September 2014
Financial statements and interim reports will be published at approximately 8:00 a.m. Finnish time (EET).
Prior to the financial statements bulletin and each interim report Lemminkäinen follows a so called silent period. During this period Lemminkäinen does not comment on the financial situation or future outlook of the Group and does not meet with representatives of the capital markets or financial media.
Silent periods during the year 2014 are: 16 Jan–6 Feb 10 April–29 April 8 July–29 July 7 Oct–28 Oct
Lemminkäinen’s annual report for 2013 will be published during the week 11.
Lemminkäinen Corporation's Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, 9 April 2014. Lemminkäinen's Board of Directors will summon the Meeting at a later date.
