Trifork receives additional 4% ownership in C4Media

Aarhus, 2013-10-31 09:32 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --

Trifork has confirmed an additional 4% ownership of the shares in the Canadian company C4Media Inc. After this purchase Trifork now owns 9% of the total share-capital in the company. The ownership is obtained by a cash deposit of USDm 0.5.

Trifork has worked together with C4Media in several years where the Qcon-conferences and other events are planned and implemented in close corporation.

“Trifork is very happy that we now are even closer with C4Media and are of the belief that we in the future will be able to have even more mutual benefit from each others competences and knowhow”, says Jørn Larsen, CEO, Trifork.

The content of this announcement will have no influence on the previously announced financial expectation for Trifork in 2013. Previously announced for 2013 is total revenue of DKKm 245 and an EBITDA-result of DKKm 32.
