Change in number of shares and votes In October 20

In October 2013 the number of B shares in Shelton Petroleum AB changed. At the request of Petrogrand AB, Convertible 1 in the amount of SEK 30,000,000 has been converted into B-shares.  The conversion price was SEK 20 per share. A total amount of 1,500,000 B shares has been issued in relation to the above mentioned conversion. Following the conversion, the total number of B shares amounts to 11,970,008. The total number of A shares remains unchanged, 170,580. The total number of votes amounts to 13,675,808. The share capital has increased by SEK 7,500,000 and amounts to SEK 60,702,940.
