MOre than court time - IF that is true, then we need to find out about those proceedings so we can find out WHO THEY REALLY ARE.
Anyone knows me, knows how to get in touch with me - and how to e-mail me....Funny, one time he called me by my first name.......And trust me, it did NOT go unnoticed.......WHATSOEVER...
I didn't say anything....
And if they are affiliated with any company - well that too will be involved of course - and should be part of public knowledge -
Let's face it if in fact that is going to happen, then you have to know the party's real name and sies have to give it up - I guess it just depends on how much it will be pushed - IF it actually is going to go thru. I have not seen anything......
So if anyone would like my real name, feel free to ask by e-mail........Course, I may or may not choose to answer! LOL
In all reality - the SEC needs to come down hard on the crap that is taking place on these small stocks. Strip everyone away of protection and you might actually see a fair game.....
Trouble with that issssssssssss..........It would destroy the whole small sector on the market - since half the pennyland CEO's sell their stock with promos.....
What they need to do is make a law that even the pinks need to list all officers and list BEFOREHAND all proposed sales of stock by them.......Boy would that ever change things around big time.....
