I do know the rumors of JCP demise have been out there for years, and in addition to our boys at GS, I think the walmartization of America has hurt the mid sized department stores in general, so I hope it does rebound as it is a staple of our country. J.C. Penney was the last to have a store credit card, as its founder believed you should not buy things you couldn't afford. Very admirable and a message lost in today's society. Anyway off my soap box now.
