LETS BREAK THIS DOWN:
1.The FilmOn deal let us cut overhead of a broadcast TV network by 90k a month. That's what it costs to deliver that broadcast signal to homes. So we have a network with no cost that reaches the target audience of 18 to 36. The shows we have are geared to them. We get half the ad revs. This is a great deal for us.
SO IF VU WAS PAYING 90K A MONTH,REVS FROM ADS SHOWING ON NETWORK(WHICH IS 16 MINUTES WORTH AN HOUR)COULD BE SOLD FOR AS LITTLE AS $100 PER 30 SEC AD, 32(COMMERCIALS PER HR)=$3200 HR X 24HRS=$76800 DAILY REV IN ADS,SO NOT WORTH PAYING $90K A MONTH HMMMM!$100 IS SMALL FIGURE FOR AN AD IMO..
2.I am going to keep all cost down and let money come in now. We are not going to expand any more from where we currently are. I am not going to spend any money producing shows for the network. We have enough content for the next two years. We are not adding cities to the websites. We cover all of the important ones.
SO BEHIND THE MASK AND STATIC IS PRETTY MUCH DONE AS WELL,SO PRETTY MUCH ONLY EXPENSE INVOLVED IS A COMPUTER WITH ALL THE VIDEO CONTENT UPLOADED TO FILMON,VERY GOOD DEAL
3.We don't control the growth of ClearVision. I cannot comment of them.
SO CAN'T COMMENT ON THE 4 AIRPORTS NOW SHOWING ,AREN'T REVS OF ABOUT 19K PER AIRPORT OWED TO PNCH WITH 2 FROM LAST YEAR AND 4 FROM THIS YEAR WE WILL SEE I SUPPOSE!!!
