CYBK will be discussing with counsel the best way to help reward its shareholders who have been loyal and patient while the Company grows the business. The special reward may come in the form of a dividend and is expected to be announced in early November.
IMO: CYBK has not diluted per the ungagged TA and has reduced the share structure like they said they would all along. Now the XSKN shares have reduced the share structure even more. CYBK has stated revenues have begun in 3Q per the Mid Year Report and in the 4Q CYBK states that they are going to reward its loyal and patient shareholders with a special dividend reward. It makes NO sense to me that CYBK would reward its shareholders by dilution and ruining their track record of no dilution to reward them. We shall see but what do I know
