TECO "implied" by mentioning "dry ground" in the 10/21 newsletter that the drilling rig was to be moved a week ago but never elaborated why it has taken the extra week (see excerpt from newsletter below). Maybe it had to do with moving the rig to Stockton no. 3 instead of the originally planned Mitchell no. 5. At this point I have zero tolerance on false timelines or implications so I hang on every word. IMO it took an extra week to move the rig regardless of last weeks dry ground. Moving the rig from Stockton no. 2 to Stockton no. 3 is suppose to happen today. Then they can complete Stockton no. 2. Qty 5 wells completed within the next eight weeks? LOL! Someone on the crew must have a direct line into Mother Nature in order to make that claim but exaggerations and implications to the positive has been TECO's and associates M.O. for years now. SOON!
From last weeks 10/21 newsletter:
West Texas (C&C Petroleum Management, LLC):
The Company received word late last night that the ground conditions in Tuscola, Texas are finally dry enough to move the drilling rig to the Mitchell #5 and complete the Stockton #2 well. A large front moved through Tuscola late on Sunday last week and the weather finally cleared on Wednesday. However, because of weather conditions (mostly cloudy and cold with some rain), the ground was unable to dry properly until this weekend.
From this weeks 10/28 newsletter:
Stockton #2
With the planned removal of the rig on Wednesday, a completion crew will move in to the Stockton #2 to complete the well shortly after the rig is removed. The Company will inform investors of the initial production rate shortly after the completion paperwork is filed with the TRRC and then follow with the stabilized production rates 1-2 weeks after.
