Solera National Bank Receives Approval to Open Ful

LAKEWOOD, Colo., Oct. 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Solera National Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solera National Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQB:SLRK), today announced that approval was granted from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to open a full-service branch in the Cherry Creek neighborhood at 101 University Boulevard in Denver. This new branch, together with the Boulder full-service branch, are targeted to open in the first quarter of 2014, which will bring Solera National Bank to three full-service banking facilities and four loan production offices in South Denver, Durango, Colorado Springs North and Colorado Springs Downtown. In addition to traditional banking services, this new office will also be home to Solera's Residential Mortgage Division and several key Solera staff positions.
