The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wirecard AG increased its revenue and EBITDA position for the third quarter and first nine months of 2013 in comparison to the previous year period. According to preliminary figures consolidated revenues were up by 22.7 percent to reach EUR 124.7 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2013 (Q3/2012: EUR 101.6 million). In the first nine months of 2013 consolidated revenues rose by 21.9 percent to EUR 340.8 million (9M/2012: EUR 279.5 million). Preliminary EBITDA in the third quarter 2013 was up by 17.4 percent to reach EUR 33.8 million (Q3/2012: EUR 28.8 million), taking investments in the new business area of Mobile Payments into account. In the first nine months of 2013, EBITDA rose by 15.2 percent to EUR 90.0 million (9M/2012: EUR 78.1 million). Wirecard AG's Management Board is still expecting a strong business performance and confirms its forecast for the fiscal year 2013 to reach EBITDA of between EUR 120 to 130 million.
