Premier, Inc. Sets Date for Fiscal 2014 First-Quar

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 29, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Premier, Inc. (Nasdaq: PINC ) today announced it plans to report fiscal 2014 first-quarter results after the market closes on Monday, November 11, 2013, followed by a conference call on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at 8 a.m. ET.

During the conference call, Susan DeVore, president and CEO, and Craig McKasson, chief financial officer, will review the company's performance for the three months ended September 30, 2013, and discuss management's outlook for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.
