Hey the TECO PPS is climbing by leaps and bounds on a $3.5mm contract announcement. So who are you blaming? If I wasn't optimistic then I would sell! Truth be told this will take patience and I thought I mentioned that. Just trying to help out some newbies. Do you any DD? Probably not!
