I've been skirting the line on TOU violations in my recent communications with Coolerheads. I just checked and saw that all of my posts are still on the board. It takes some time to cool down to write a post that isn't deemed a personal attack. Use generalities, use facts, and appeal to the reasonable thinker. There are many ways to call someone a basher or pumper while staying within the confines of the TOU. It takes some time, emotional intelligence, and artful wording, but it is possible. Good luck!
