Den 24 januari 2013 observationsnoterades aktierna i Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB (”Bolaget”) eftersom Bolaget meddelat att det ansökt om företagsrekonstruktion.
Bolaget offentliggjorde den 4 oktober 2013 att Stockholms tingsrätt har godkänt rekonstruktionsplanen och fastställt ackordet. Den 29 oktober 2013 offentliggjorde Bolaget att rekonstruktionen upphört.
Med anledning av det ovan anförda beslutar NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB (MEPR, ISIN-kod: SE0001849605, orderboks-ID: 37031) ska tas bort. Observationsnoteringen tas bort fr.o.m. imorgon den 30 oktober 2013.
On January 24, 2013, the shares in Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB (“the Company”) received observation status because of the board of directors’ decision to apply for corporate reorganization.
On October 4, 2013, the Company announced that the District Court in Stockholm has granted the corporate reorganization and the composition. On October 29, 2013, the Company announced that the corporate reorganization was completed.
With reference to what is stated above, the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Mediaprovider Scandinavia AB (MEPR, ISIN-code: SE0001849605, orderbook-ID: 37031) shall be removed from observations status. The observation status will be removed with effect from tomorrow October 30, 2013.
