I have a question for everyone: If the CEO of a company you are invested in during the course of a shareholder meeting conveys to shareholders that he/she in convinced one of the issues (a major issue or THE issue) with the current pps is directly caused by particular entities actively shorting the stock to the tune of nearly half the O/S and plans to soon eliminate their ability to continue to short the stock, ONLY to submit that he/she has concreted MORE business with at least one of the accused shorters a couple of months later, and does NOTHING that would effect a halt to shorting (i.e., CUSIP change), would you continue to put your faith & money in this CEO and company? Would you not begin to wonder if this CEO does not have questionable (corrupt) motives or is just plain ignorant to all matters of running a successful public company? Just curious.
