Changes in Board composition
Member of the Board of JSC "Latvijas G?ze" Joerg Tumat will hereafter assume the position of Member of the Board of "E.ON Russia". By the end of 2013, a meeting of shareholders of JSC "Latvijas G?ze" will be held to resolve upon changes in the composition of the Board.
