Yawn, that's old......you missed this.... #1

DK Madison LLC bought what they believe to be, an entire business. This business included an email list. DK Madison LLC was informed by the representative selling the business that all members on the email list had opted in to receive emails from the business which now belongs to DK Madison LLC. 

After sending emails to a portion of the list, we realized that the business had an email list that contained suspect email address. At this point, we sent an opt-in email to members on the list that had not opted in directly with DK Madison LLC.

The list and the business we had purchased had additional issues. We have no desire to send spam or emails to people who do not want emails from us. We have disposed of this business and the email list connected with the business. We will never send one email to this suspect list.

All email address on our current lists have all opted in directly with DK Madison LLC or have opted in with our partner agreements to receive emails from us. 

We regret that the individual selling their business (which included this list) had misled us. This has not been a pleasant experience for our company and we have lost the money that we paid for a worthless business.
