TGWI Announces Reverse Stock Split and Name Change
HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Oct 29, 2013) - CMK Gaming International, Inc. (OTC Pink: TGWID) (the "Company") today announced a 1-for-1,753 reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding shares of common stock and a name change from Tenguy World International, Inc. to CMK Gaming International, Inc. The reverse stock split and name change became effective on October 23, 2013. The Company's ticker symbol has a "D" at the end (TGWID) but after 20 trading days, the symbol will revert back to TGWI.
As a result of the reverse stock split the current shares outstanding of the Company are 1,000,263 and the Company's CUSIP has changed to 43471Q201 effective October 25, 2013. The Company is in the process of changing its ticker symbol to reflect its current name change.
