Mr. Alberto is an International Lawyer which is pretty impressive let alone he takes on another task of being in charge of the DUSS. If you thought Natalie did things by the book then IMO Mr. Alberto is more meticulous than Natalie ever was which would be due to his international lawyer background. IMO
