Thank you for the kind words. I appreciate them. I truly believe this will work out for both loyal and new shareholders. Her is my post of the day on Lie Hub, for all to review.
I continue to be a long with KMAG and I am limited to one post so here is my take on this stock and its future. As per my earlier posts, the company and its stock has taken immense hits for Supposed false income reports and its TEMPORARY SUSPENSION, as per SEC regulations to Investigate ALLEGED false income statements made by the CEO. Again the capitalized words are the accurate representations of the past year. What does a company do to eliminate doubt or instill confidence in its company's bottom line? Generate sales, that is what I would do. Revenue has been and always will be the driver of any company's value either public or private. KMAG has to increase its revenue and value to both its loyal shareholders and prospective suitors, partners, customers etc... Why? First, so whatever customers it does have in the fold, will be sure that the company can deliver its product, secondly those customers become advocates and referrals or bolsters the product to other prospective customers. Again, it is always about the sale. So as a company and a CEO that has to generate revenue for both business clients and partners, you build value and hand off the compliance and legal issues to your well paid team of attorneys to get their expertise working for you while you focus on what you do best. So IMO this is why patience and believing in what Your Due Diligence reveals will eventually reap a reward . I continue to be patient on whatever the CEO is doing from a Strategic standpoint and in my opinion, he needs to grow his client base and generate revenue and the rest of the issues will take care of themselves. Good luck to all (the ins and the outs) IMO KMAG will prevail. Just wish I could get more.
