Same service provision, same solutions, same market
During 2011 8x8 Inc bought a 2 cloud services and voip companies called Contactual (service) and Zerigo (billing solutions)
During 2012 FSNN is buying NBS (formerly announced), a cloud service and billing solutions company
2009/2010 8x8 Inc traded at c$0.80 cents and it is now post acquisition trading at $5.92
2012 FSNN prior to acquisition is trading a c$0.10. Post aquisition, what do you think it will trade at?
