OMVS Targets Growth Market in Business Jet Service
To help meet rising global demand for business jets, On the Move Systems Corp. (OTCBB:OMVS) is exploring new ways to offer executive travelers first-class air charter service without the wince-inducing costs associated with buying a plane.
Reuters reported last week that sales of business jets are expected to reach $18.4 billion this year, up about eight percent from 2012. It’s a strong sign that demand for executive air travel is on the rise, especially in emerging markets such as China and Latin America.
OMVS is building a new online transportation portal designed to offer niche travel options—including air charter services—that aren’t offered by its larger, more established competitors in the space. Business jet travel will be an area of focus as the company works to dramatically expand its list of service provider partnerships.
