Clarification of Chairman’s quote in a Danish paper
In today’s edition of a Danish financial newspaper the Carlsberg A/S Chairman Flemming Besenbacher is quoted on potential rights issues.
The Chairman has not commented on specific acquisitions and/or specific rights issues.
Flemming Besenbacher says: “As stated in Friday’s announcement, I would like to repeat that there are no plans of any structural changes and therefore no plans of any right issues.”
