That is all you have to say? You are welcome to share with the board your perspective on exactly how and why you make the suggestion that Cheryl Shuman is in any way shape or form the cause of the downward trend of the share price of the stock since the beginning of the year. Please feel free to respond if you so desire. I think it would be very revealing to expose why exactly there is this fascination with throwing Cheryl Shuman, (a contract social media expert who now lays in a hospital suffering from ongoing health issues), under the bus.
I think such a discussion could really spur conversation on the board and allow the rest of us not on the short bus to understand why some believe Cheryl is to blame for the "situation", which I can only assume is your way of referring to the deteriorating company story and stock price. Who else notices the "situation"? Please let the saviors of the shareholders speak and thus enlighten us naive "shills" as to why exactly there is anyone other than the CEO to blame for the company's failures this year. IMO it is rather simple, the failure of the CEO to deliver shareholder value has been the cause of the PPS downtrend and the company problems thus far, not a contractor hired to perform social media and TV appearances for the sake of providing the product with media exposure and brand recognition.
