Oh? What exactly did she "do" to shareholders here? Hmmm, hmmmm?
I would like to hear your explanation for making accusations about Cheryl Shuman and how she allegedly "mislead" shareholders.
How exactly did she "mislead" shareholders according to your perspective?
She was the company spokesperson for a time, and IMO during that time she did an amazing job bringing exposure to the brand via social media. That is what she does, she brought celebrity exposure and brand messaging to the CannaCig, and she did it all the while making statements under the safe harbor law. No one cares that you made an investment for whatever reason and then lost money, join the club, wake up, it's what happens with most PK stocks in the market; they lose money and the stock goes down, big surprise.
I think we all know where you stand after making all the statements below...

I would be the first to point out that this is an opinion board and you are entitled to your opinion about company executives, anyone associated with RFMK or the company/stock, but from what I am under the impression that Cheryl has not been officially affiliated with RFMK since her contract was up early this year, only after that did the PPS tank and continue to move down. Why? IMO because the CEO has never delivered on promises of corporate goals/progress. In all of your moaning about failed investments/trades and lost money, you never mention the fact that the CEO has basically left shareholders in the dark since the summer, with no news, no new product launch, no audit, etc. What about Mr Allinder and what HE has "done" to the shareholders here? Hmmm? IMO if there is anyone to blame for "mislead"ing shareholders then it would be the CEO, not a contracted spokesperson hired to do social media for one of the products for a specific duration in time. You are way off base, IMO, and furthermore it is disgusting for one to beat up on a poor woman who is having so many health issues. Some are even saying she has passed away. You should feel ashamed of yourself. It's your play that is "complete bs". You have "proof" which shows what, exactly? That a lawsuit is coming? That the PPS fell through the bottom, that Cheryl was just the company spokesperson? What? Your statements do not even make any sense, it's all just nonsense, bud. "What a waist of time this company and Cheryl have been. Its becoming quite apparent Tom nor Cheryl have any real plans for this company...They sure as hell will take your hard earned $$ though.
