My latest post on scam hub:
(This is about BGL) - There's no point in having constant placements of C$250K worth of shares for operating expenses when your company is about to take a C$9.6m hit on its accounts is it? That's just issuing shares as your private printing press for money when there's no chance that investors will ever get their money back!
SRGE doesn't need offices. So why have the expense of offices when they are not needed. The job SRGE was created to do is done. What was that job - to protect MSJ's disputed assets from any judgement handed down against them in the Mexican Courts. AS BGL lost that battle in August 2011 when it tried to register the mines in their name, and were flatly refused by the Mexican courts.
So BGL had 18 months to lodge an appeal in my estimation. They did not lodge an appeal, so once MSJ were sure BGL could not win, they transferred the properties back to themselves. Yes think about it - February this year (2013) is 18 months after August 2011.
No doubt BGL did not file an appeal after taking legal advice . If BGL is adamant that it will win, why haven;t they filed an appeal and .... if they are sure they will win .....why don't they publish legal Counsel's opinion? We look forward to reading it?
Finally, if BGL has filed so many court documents recently why can't anyone find them except for those that say SRGE is a scam?
