Marvin S. Rosen Co-founder and Chairman  Mr. Rosen co-founded the Company in 1997. He has served as the Chairman of our Board of Directors since November 2004,Chairman of our Executive Committee since September 1999, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from December 1998 to November 2004 and has been a member of our Board since March 1998.  He served as our Chief Executive Officer from April 2000 until March 2006. Mr. Rosen was Finance Chairman for the Democratic National Committee from September 1995 until January 1997.  Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial and Terremark Worldwide, Inc. and previously was Budget and Finance Chairman for the Summit of the Americas and Chairman ofthe Florida Housing Finance Agency.  Mr. Rosen is also a managing director with Diamond Edge Capital Partners, L.L.C. Mr.Rosen's son, Matthew, is our current Chief Executive Officer, and serves on our Board of Directors.
