ORION DHC, Inc has agreed to a JV with Brownstone Partners L.L.C. (Utah, USA) to begin structuring multiple asset based transactions in the area of Single Family Residential Properties within the United States.
Under this current platform, through recent negotiations and the partnership with Brownstone Partners, LLC , OODH is anticipating on acquiring 200 to 500 “Grant Deeds” for hand-selected (strictly targeted) income generating SFR properties by December 2014. *
