Fun stuff going on over at AEGY and SKTO. It appears that Hipple's involvement with AEGY caused the accounting firm to take a walk (just days before the 10-K and audit are due for AEGY - AEGY had an odd FYE). And the domino effect on SKTO is pretty funny - SKTO received a bunch of AEGY shares as consideration for some contrived contractual arrangement and touted how they would distribute them to SKTO shareholders once AEGY filed and cleared an S-1 with the SEC. Of course, that would require audited financials (if -- and it's a big if -- they ever had any intention of following through). That distribution was promised in June. They'll be lucky if it's June...2014.
First CDFT and now AEGY auditor resignations -- who knew that accountants could provide so much entertainment?
