So lets get this straight:
CYBK has a deal with Vista Bank(Empasys) for kiosks and the Connect2family prepaid debit card. Now Vista Bank is the issuer of the Connect2family prepaid debit card and when you hit the application it goes to the Power2process link. Now Power2process is a solution of Brankib Holdings which is located in Australia. Brankib Holdings is located in the US and has an international network of participating banks currently covering the US, India, Latin America, the Philippines and Vietnam. A couple years ago Flint Telecom sold Power2process and Connect2family to Brankib Holdings and Oren Manelis was associated with Flint Telecom threw a deal with his company American First Equity LLC via Empasys. Now CYBK is connecting itself to American First Equity, Vista Bank and Brankib Holdings via Power2process, Connect2family and Empasys payment system all the while Oren Manelis is now COO of CYBK.
