How fortuitous that SEVERAL of the most prolific detractors/stalkers of JB/JBI were Canadian!
Canada's laws make a person MUCH MORE responsible for TRASH TALK should they cross over the line and become defamatory, or otherwise engage in libelous declarations about people and companies. Certainly their OWN WORDS should be sufficient to seal their fate!
I wonder if SUBSEQUENT civil actions against persons in the lower 48 will lead to "GUILTY" verdicts if the postings have been contemporaneous with any defamatory postings from Canada...
or have virtually repeated the SAME CONTENT...
or were done AT THE BEHEST of the SAME LEADER, ENTITY, of SMB group (like Dump-the-Pump)?
I seriously doubt "I was just taking up for my girlfriend/mom" will work too well either when it comes around.
IMO JBI Global has LOST at least a year's PRODUCTIVE EFFORT and had to spend additional thousands to defend and re-sell itself to prospective customers & partners because of an orchestrated daily attack.
IT's finally COMING AROUND , after GOING AROUND for well over 2 years! Go JBII!
