Also, and I do understand the comments about putting comments on the right board, remember that this board is invisible online unless someone tells you... So here's my thought, Allyn and Benz trusted what they were told early on and they put out the AEGYdiivy announcement. Now they are strapped with that announcement and it's making life really difficult. They wish they just picked up a different shell to reverse merge PJ into. A guess,but I'm sure of it. Frank has to be pissed. They need a plan. I wouldn't be surprised if some new clean ticker acquires PJ from AEGY.
Do you guys with more experience understand their options? What can a dirty shell do to pass an audit and be scalable for the future?
This affects the SKTO conference call and the best way to handle it, because we know Benz and team read this invisible board, BE TRANSPARENT. Here's my suggestion... Bring Jan out of the shadows. Have him tell his story. Have him say Hipple did some things with AEGY and I wasn't aware but I'm committed to fixing it.
