As some of you know, myself, Witness from PF and Rayfer have been sharing info we get from Les. Kind of a cross check so the record is straight. This is a Q&A Ray received from Les yesterday. Ray asked me to post it. He will follow up with commentary as time permits.
1. I ask you yesterday what needs to be done before you hop on a plane to Chile? Your answer was, "not much".
Please be as specific as possible in telling me what you meant by "not much". TOTALLY IN THEIR LAWYERS DEPARTMENT AND YESTERDAY THEY SAID THEY WERE MOVING RAPIDLY. IN CHIEAN TIME THAT MEANS ONE STELP AT A TIME!!
2. In your email yesterday, instead of answering my questions this is how you replied, "I am between lima, chile California Florida and England bouncing all my balls. All excellent!
Most shareholders can identify Lima (I won't ask you to confirm it) , Chile (JJ), and California (Hackney) but the Florida and England connections are of interest. Can you explain what relationship does Florida and England have to Medinah and the jv ADL contract and it's announcement?
A LONG AND IMPORTANT MEETING OF THE WHEELS OF MEDINAH IS NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH MANY ISSUES, NOT THE LEAST OF WHICH IS COMPLIANCE WITH THE 15 C 2 11 YOU KNOW THAT THERE HAVE BEEN MAJOR EVENTS THIS QUARTER, LEGALLY AND FINACIALLY, THAT HAVE TO BE FULLY DOCUMENTED IN THE FILINGS. ACCOUNTING WISE AND LEGAL WISE. THIS INVOLVES MEETING WITH BOB AND SCOTT AS WELL THERE ARE SEVERAL AGREEMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE ALTO THAT ARE ON THE TABEL AS I HAVE MENTIONED TO YOU FROM TIME TO TIME.
3. It has been rumored that there are some "little things" that have been holding up the announcement but actually could be accomplished
post announcement. Do you know what these "little things are" and why would anyone in management or officials of the partner allow those
"little things" to hold up the jv ADL announcement? THEY ARE NOT HOLDING ANYTHING UP AS I HAVE TOLD YOU THIINGS LIKE THE OPERATING AGREEMENT WILL CHANGE OVER THE YEARS TO MEET THE ONGOING CIRCULMSTANCE.
You said in an email: "I have to visit 4 countries from now until nov 18."
4. Can you tell us what the four countries are, in what order you must visit the countries by November 18,2013, and what is the purpose for visiting each of the countries? No answer!
5. I ask you the question, "Have the partners completed their verification of claims in Chile? Your answer: IN PROCESS AT THE MOMENT
Has the verification of claims been completed? THEY WILL RETURN HOME THIS WEEKEND WITH THEIR JOB FINISHED
6. Is there a company, possibly in London who are going to be part of the mining plan for the ADL that are going to be a funding source for
mining efforts on the ADL? NO THE FUNDING SOURCES ARE MARKET ORIENTED NOTHING TO DO WITH THE JV
7. Is there a major company that has made inquires or even contracted with Volcan and JJ to at some time purchase future production of
the ADL? YES SEVERAL
8. Are there brokers that are assisting parther C in being listed on the London Stock exchange? NOT TO MY KNOWLEDGE
9. Is the jv ADL partner planning on producing an NI 43-101 report? YES THEY WILL DO SEVERAL AS THE PROJECT GOES ON THE PRESENT WORK THEY ARE DOING IS PART OF THAT PROCESS.
10. How many days after you sign the contract will the jv ADL contract be announced?
