Hello Everyone.
First things first.
I have received the preliminary revenue figures for the last quarter ended September 30 and I can say with confidence that we are going to report record revenue s for the quarter. Our quarterly financials will be out in November. There is no greater reward to see that our Brand Building is resulting in the most visible evidence of success-- higher and higher revenues.
And it is the daily work that builds those revenues. Today is the day before I leave for MOSCOW Russia to give a speech entitled " How to increase a company’s size and market share in a niche market " in front of esteemed business leaders from around the world. http://www.adamsmithconferences.com/event/foo...ussia-fmcg
Since my last update things have been moving faster and faster everyday. We had a very successful Open House with about 30 plus shareholders (some from Arizona and Canada) to speak directly with management and get an overview on BBDA now and what is planned. Another goal of our Open House was to have media, potentially new investors and new KOMA Unwind consumers to be introduced to BeBevCo and I am pleased to report that we succeeded on all counts. Overall attendance exceeded three hundred during the day- visiting with all our KOMA Unwind team members and NASCAR racing drivers that we sponsor to carry the KOMA Unwind message to their fans.
Two days after the Open House, we were off to the annual NACS trade show in Atlanta. This year's show was the best ever for us. In 2009 I felt like Columbus asking for money to find the other side of the world. In 2010 I set sail without enough resources. In 2011 we sighted land in the distance. In 2012 we found our way. And in 2013 we have learned how to build for the future and the potential business contacts from this show are phenomena! " When can we meet? Do you have a distributor yet in so and so region? What do we need to do to add KOMA Unwind to our distribution network? " And so on. It's a whole different feeling...
So here we are. Our Team in Europe is in wide open mode--- having business relationship meetings and introducing KOMA Unwind throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The regulatory work in all these countries is progressing. The legal work is getting done. And we will see KOMA Unwind shipping out internationally in the next 90 days. We just anounced our first exclusive distribution contract for the whole country of Colombia with over 40 million consumers. Over the next several weeks, other major announcements will be coming out of Latin America and from major agreements developing in the USA.
As for Walmart, some shareholders have asked whether we had a disruption in sales through Walmart. There was no disruption in stores selling KOMA Unwind--- there was only a delay on how many new stores we were adding per month due to the delay. What was supposed to take 3 months for full implementation turned into 8 months. But we can finally say that the we are moving forward again and expect to be announcing more stores after we get Walmart's approval.
Which brings me to the following...
As anyone who heard me at the open house and met our growing team, we have a passion and a resolve to build KOMA Unwind into the next great success story in beverages. With the exception of some miscalculations in timing and capital needs our business plan has not changed Our domestic & global expansion is nothing short of amazing. But this this type of massive undertaking requires major stratagizing and resources. The stock buyback will commence when the company growth slows and all of the profits are not needed for the high cost of expansion. . It is a costly endeavor to launch, promote and finance large orders for a product in the USA, no less in multiple parts of the world. But we have a plan to eventually buyback the stock and transition into a new investment vehicle to be listed on AMEX, NASDAQ or the NYSE. And like I have said before, BBDA shareholders will have their stock swapped into that new entity which will give us the financial flexibility to get more favorable financing. .But the process will be fair to everyone if they stay invested.
I know and hear every single day how much changes in the stock value effect so many lives. These words do not fall on deaf ears. But I also know with ever fiber of my being that we are positioning the company to be the Red Bull of Relaxation. This journey is far from over and I am certain no matter what the stock price is on any given day BBDA is a tremendous upside opportunity.
