Have acknowledged publicly and tweeted to that effect, (their error(s) and our expectation(s) in an honest forthright manner.
I think a PR/8K and facts therein would go a long way in setting things in order. I have been in several endeavors where I needed to know all, be all and knew just some.....I fumbled and made adjustments. I think that's true of anyone, (or any company). We as investors, make allowances and inform them of their fumbles as well as creative suggestions as to corrective actions.
It takes time to build levels of trust for the company and investors and for all to grow accordingly. It definitely takes some longer than others, but when I think about the size of the task undertaken and priorities from their pov, well maybe they're doing the best they can....I'll still make and tweet suggestions when I see them drift off course.
The more focused, (in a respectful manner) we all are in that regard, the more clearly our light shines and the more apt they are to respond in an appropriate manner, imo.
