Brøndby IF makes a rights issue of up to 18,549,618 shares each bearing a face value of DKK 1. Subscription price is fixed at DKK 2.75 per share of DKK 1. Subscription period: 1 November to 14 November 2013, both days inclusive.
Please note:
Subscription of new shares from the rights issue will take place in a temporary ISIN (DK0060519445) which will not be admitted to trading and official listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen. The new shares from the rights issue will be traded in the existing ISIN DK0010247956 after the registration of the new shares with the Danish Business Authority. Also the new shares from the private placement of 18 September 2013 will be admitted to trading and official listing in the existing ISIN DK0010247956 after the registration of the new shares from the rights issue.
