According to the auction rules the real estate is being sold with instant payment. The payment for the auctioned property shall be carried out within two weeks from the date of the auction, the deposit security amount will be counted in the purchase price.
The property is located in the internal Duntes street square and a plot of this real estate is adjacent to the "R?gas Farmaceitisk? fabrika" area that will allow to use of the real estate for the commercial activity and the expansion of manufacturing in the future.
