Uponor Corporation’s financial calendar in 2014
A bulletin on Uponor Corporation’s financial statements for 2013 will be published on Friday 14 February 2014 at 8.00 am EET. The financial statements 2013 will be published later in the same day.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday 19 March 2014 at 17.00 EET. An official invitation to the meeting will be published later. Shareholders, who wish to have items put on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, shall notify the company’s Board of Directors thereof in writing latest on Wednesday 29 January 2014.
