HONG KONG, Oct. 24, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Le Gaga Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: GAGA ) ("Le Gaga" or "the Company"), a leading greenhouse vegetable producer in China, today announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for fiscal year ended June 30, 2013 ("Annual Report") with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Company will provide a hard copy of its Annual Report containing the audited financial statements for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2011 and 2012, the three months ended June 30, 2012 and the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013, free of charge, to its shareholders and ADS holders upon request.
