ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS COULD RECEIVE $7.4 BILLION IN FEDERAL TAX CREDITS THIS YEAR...

Thanks to the Additional Child Tax Credit loophole, illegal immigrants could receive upwards of $7.4 BILLION in federal tax credits this year alone...

Because Congress has FAILED to close the Additional Child Tax Credit Loophole.

The office of Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL), the top Republican on the Senate Budget Committee, calculated the estimated $7.4 billion in tax credits, quadruple what the payout was just four years ago before the Obama regime grabbed the reigns and proceeded to drive America off a fiscal cliff.

Fox News reports that although illegal immigrants are prohibited from receiving similar tax credits, they STILL qualify for the child tax credit, a "refundable" credit with average checks totaling about $1,800 -- even if they've paid no taxes .

Some illegal immigrants are further abusing this gaping hole in the tax law, claiming up to a dozen children under the age of 17, some of which are not their own children or even in this country!

LAST YEAR the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration found the Additional Child Tax Credit claims added up to $4.2 billion in 2010 and suggested that Congress pass legislation clarifying whether illegal immigrants should be able to receive the tax credits.

In May, Sen. David Vitter (R-LA), Chairman of the Border Security and Enforcement First Immigration Caucus, introduced the Child Tax Credit Integrity Preservation Act (S577) - legislation that would close the Additional Child Tax Credit loophole by requiring that recipients of this credit have a valid Social Security number but Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV), with undivided loyalty to the Oval Office and not to the American people, BLOCKED it from being debated or voted on ensuring that WE THE PEOPLE still on the hook for upwards of $4 billion in fraudulent tax refunds to LYING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.

'Dirty' Harry Reid even had the gall to indicate that the $4 billion of our money being used by the IRS to reward illegal immigrants (via the child tax loophole) is not even worth a debate or a vote on Capitol Hill because it's "roughly the same amount the President proposes to raise annually by instituting the new Warren Buffett Tax."

Reid also said the bill targeted the children of low-income Hispanic families in the hopes to pull the Leftwing's heartstrings.

Earlier this summer, we reported that 2.3 million illegal immigrants exploited the Additional Child Tax Credit, stealing a whopping $4.2 BILLION of our tax dollars in 2001. A recent internal audit of the loathed Internal Revenue Service reveals that IRS employees who tried to report likely fraudulent tax returns from immigrants -- legal and illegal -- were instructed to ignore the evidence of fraud, process the forms and cut the checks...

The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) report revealed that in order to expedite refunds, the Internal Revenue Service purposely eliminated procedures normally used to identify questionable refund requests -- even in the case of 23,995 refunds going to ONE Atlanta address!

Many immigrants use the address of the person or company preparing the tax returns instead of their own address to insure that the refund checks will be received...

As Fox News reports, J. Russell George, the Treasury Department's inspector general for tax administration, said his investigators discovered "an environment which discourages employees from detecting fraudulent applications" and instead were encouraged to process as many ID applications as possible.

The tax ID for non-citizens' filing purposes were supposed to be used only for taxes, or at least that's the case when the identification system was first introduced in 1996 with no documentation requirements -- no, not even a birth certificate.

It's not just about last year's almost 3 million tax returns seeking $6.8 billion in refunds that were filed using IRS ID numbers rather than Social Security numbers...

Oh no, it's much worse, because once tax ID numbers are obtained -- fraudulently or not -- they can be used in several states to get anything from driver's licenses to welfare benefits .

And Congress will continue letting them get away with it and will continue to let them get away with it UNLESS WE ACT RIGHT NOW!

Illegal immigrants are already being given FREE medical care, FREE education, and a FREE pass when it comes to breaking immigration laws, and now we have proof that since 2002 the IRS has been knowingly giving thousands of illegal immigrants even more of our money!

After all, we're pretty sure we've paid more than our "fair share" to illegal immigrants considering we owe them NOTHING let alone the billions upon billions of dollars in tax refunds and public benefits showered upon them by this amnesty administration.

Due to Obama's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that Congress passed in 2009, more illegal immigrants were 'eligible' for the additional child tax credit in 2010 and 2011. Some well-informed illegal immigrants even filed returns for multiple years to obtain the additional child tax credit for prior years to scam us out of even more!

Rep. Sam Johnson (R-TX), who sits on the House's tax-writing committee, is calling on IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman to resign, claiming the IRS is helping illegal immigrants defraud the government -- and taxpaying U.S. Citizens as well.

One member of Congress taking on the IRS is not enough.

Barack Obama's grand amnesty fiat is in full swing with an estimated 1.8 million illegal immigrants expected to have their deportations suspended for at least two years and legally enter the workforce.

Closing the tax loopholes is a start, but it's not the "change" we need to stop illegal immigration.

We need to shake up Washington from the top-down, starting with Barack Hussein Obama, in order to protect our country and the American people from financial ruin and a national security nightmare.

There is NO EXCUSE for this systemic abuse of our tax law, just as there is NO EXCUSE for the feds -- elected officials, appointees or employees -- knowing about it and doing NOTHING to crackdown on illegal immigrants bankrupting our country year after year.

This should NOT be a partisan issue and Harry Reid should not be able to get away with belittling and stealing from hardworking Americans to boost Obama's popularity among the pro-Amnesty voting bloc .

But Congress will not act unless we hold their feet to the fire!

We must demand they enforce existing immigration laws and stop incentivizing continuing illegal immigration by letting the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants already here milk the system for the few dollars our country has left!

These outrageous tax crimes must be stopped, and YOU can help stop it by demanding that YOUR elected representatives fight to secure America's sovereign borders and stop rewarding illegal immigrants before it destroys this nation and our livelihoods!
