CONWAY, Ark., Oct. 24, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: HOMB ), parent company of Centennial Bank, Board of Directors declared a regular $0.075 per share quarterly cash dividend payable December 4, 2013, to shareholders of record November 13, 2013. This cash dividend represents a $0.010 per share, or 15%, increase over the $0.065 per share (split adjusted) regular quarterly cash dividend paid during the fourth quarter of 2012 and is equal to the regular cash dividend paid during the first three quarters of 2013.
