The current testing was suspended for the same exact 16 days the government was shutdown. On I-turd this was explained as coincidence or a fiction created by Chad. The current testing is now estimated to be completed December 9th - 46 days from now. Plus or minus .0001 in the pps IMO it is a very good time to get in.
