Didn't someone post that AEGY had 90 days from Jul

Didn't someone post that AEGY had 90 days from July 31 to file its financials and that the 90 days were up on October 29Th.? Just asking, cause I would think they would not release everything the same day! Would they? Anyways looking forward to counting my money I make on selling a portion of my shares in the near future!! Wishing everyone a prosperous exit plan here!!
