Months ago I was asked by several posters to join Investors Hangout as on this board supposedly there was a movement for the positive Treaty investors to share their thoughts.  So, OK, I joined and began posting.  During those several months I have posted what were positive posts and even some negative posts critizing Treaty management on occasion.  But the reality has been shown by too many posters, in my opinion, of continually posting more and more negative comments toward Treaty even though they have acknowledged that they made previous mistakes and have changed their business model in the first quarter of this year and are moving that model forward as fast as their capital can afford.  And while every single situation that they have created has not been as successful as they planned, for the past four months the model has come together pretty good.  And yet, some posters continually whine over their positions.  I'm a more positive guy, no matter if it's fourth down with 2 minutes left in the game and we're down by 9 points and need to score on this play and then recover an onside kick to even have a chance to score again to win, I'm still positive we can do it.  I'm from the school of "Make it Happen."  And in my opinion as of the past few months, Treaty has made it happen as best they could.  So the time has come for me to say "Good Luck" and "Over and Out" to all the posters, whether you are positive or negative for Treaty.  I believe we will come out OK on this investment over the long haul.
