At this stag anything is possible.  This, as we all know, is a fairly new sector, growing and taken on many new players and companies eager to get in on the cash, make a name brand for themselves and investors.  The competition will be aggressive, I too am holding some now free shares of PHOT, and yes they are fully SEC filer's and do have products in brick and mortar stores open across the country and expanding, but I hold a great deal more in SKTO, and use profits from both to continue to make money's between the two, while holding base core shares for any major runs.  It is a shame that business has to be conducted with these types of underhanded operations, but it is the nature of any business and isn't new, if at all true.
